Gidget Foundation Australia is fortunate to contract a multidisciplinary team of Clinicians, including clinical psychologists, registered psychologists, accredited mental health occupational therapists and accredited mental health social workers, specialised in perinatal mental health, supporting our services. We are grateful for their passion and dedication to not only our cause but the emotional wellbeing of our clients.

Jenni has supported women throughout her career with the adjustments to parenthood, including young mothers, mental health, birth trauma, families in crisis and drug and alcohol support.

With over 27 years working as a Counsellor, Karen holds a wealth of knowledge and experience that seamlessly combines with a genuine warmth, empathy and capacity to connect deeply with people. She believes that supporting our first and earliest relationship(s) and this major transitional stage for each parent and couple is fundamental to our later relationships and wellbeing.

Tanuza is a registered psychologist who works with clients across the age range including, children (in the context of family therapy), adolescents, and adults.

Michaela is an Occupational Therapist and mum to two young children, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with families. She has over 16 years’ experience working as an Occupational Therapist across public and private health settings, supporting people with a wide range of mental health and disability-related needs. Michaela is an Endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist and works from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and neuro-affirming framework. She has completed further professional development through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health.

Maggie is a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours), a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and a Certificate in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health. She feels deeply honoured to support women and their families through the transformative perinatal period.
