Nikki is a registered psychologist and supervisor with over 15 years’ experience in the mental health field. Nikki has a strong interest in perinatal mental health and is passionate about supporting people through the emotional and psychological changes that can occur during pregnancy and the early stages of parenthood.
Nikki’s style is warm, authentic and collaborative. She uses evidence-based therapies, primarily CBT and ACT, integrating principles of attachment theory, to support clients in meeting their goals. Nikki’s work is grounded in an understanding of trauma and nervous system functioning, and she takes a collaborative, neuro-affirming approach that honours individual differences and strengths.
Nikki has experience working with adolescents and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, OCD, chronic pain, AOD issues, relationship challenges, and supporting neurodivergent clients. She aims to provide a space where clients feel safe, supported and genuinely understood.
