Sarah is a registered psychologist with a strong interest in perinatal care and mental health.
Sarah recognises the importance of supporting and empowering mothers and families who are navigating their own perinatal journey. To achieve this, she provides a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Sarah draws upon a wide range of evidence-based psychological approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapies.
In her own time, she is a mother to three young boys and enjoys finding little moments of joy in nature amongst the chaos. Sarah strongly believes that the emotional well-being of expectant and new parents can improve with the appropriate skills, self-care, and specialist support.
