Simone is a senior People and Culture executive with more than 20 years of Australian and international experience across large, complex organisations in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her career includes executive leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at Respect Group Limited, Head of People and Culture at Coca-Cola Amatil, and Head of Talent Operations (Asia-Pacific) for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Across these roles, Simone has led end-to-end People and Culture functions, providing strategic leadership across workforce strategy, organisational design, talent, remuneration, industrial relations, and culture. She has operated at scale, supporting diverse and geographically dispersed workforces, and is highly experienced in partnering with boards and executive teams to deliver sustainable organisational outcomes. Her experience includes leading significant organisational and process redesign programs, streamlining ways of working, and delivering major systems transformations that strengthen data quality, reporting capability, and decision-making.

Simone is recognised for her ability to lead complex change and transformation, including major organisational restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale workforce initiatives.
