Sally is the Director of Client Experience at Gidget Foundation Australia, where she leads the teams, systems and processes that support clients throughout their journey with the organisation.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in women's and family health, including extensive experience within the IVF and fertility sector, Sally is passionate about creating compassionate, accessible and person-centred services. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside individuals and families navigating fertility, pregnancy and parenthood, developing a deep appreciation for the importance of empathy, support and connection during life's most significant moments.

Sally has led service delivery, client experience and organisational improvement initiatives across complex healthcare environments, bringing together people, processes and technology to improve outcomes for both clients and teams. She holds a Master of Science in Medicine (Reproductive Health Sciences and Human Genetics), which further reflects her long-standing commitment to reproductive and family health.

Outside of work, Sally enjoys hiking, travelling, and spending time with her adult children.
