Rhonda is an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist with over 20 years experience across public and private mental health settings. She has worked extensively with children, families, and adults which brings a broad perspective to her practice.
Rhonda has experience supporting individuals through perinatal depression and anxiety, attachment challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, trauma, grief and loss and relationship difficulties. She is deeply passionate about supporting people on their parenthood journey and is known for her compassionate and genuine approach.
Rhonda has a deep understanding of the emotional complexities that can arise during the perinatal period and uses an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual. She draws on a range of approaches including trauma informed practice, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, CBT, and systemic family therapy.
Rhonda is currently completing her Master of Psychotherapy and values using a range of therapeutic modalities to best support each client’s needs.
