Rebekah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a special interest in perinatal and infant mental health. She has over a decade of practice experience across community, public and private settings. Over her career, Rebekah has specialised in working with children and their families and has held senior clinical roles within the public mental health sector. She is also a Circle of Security Parent Educator and has completed additional postgraduate training in developmental psychiatry and perinatal and infant mental health.

Rebekah is experienced in supporting women with a range of mental health, emotional and adjustment issues during the perinatal period. She enjoys supporting the parent – infant relationship and works from a family systems lens, keeping the whole family in mind when providing therapeutic care.

Her therapeutic approach is largely informed by attachment theory and she draws from a relational and psychodynamic perspective. Rebekah is a warm and compassionate trauma –informed clinician, who offers a safe and non - judgmental space for her clients. She works collaboratively with her clients to understand their unique needs and integrates a range of evidence – based approaches in therapy.
