Rebecca is a compassionate and authentic Clinical Psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals in making meaningful change in their lives. Rebecca has gained vast experience in delivering individual and group therapy across public and private settings. Rebecca’s work has led her to deliver non-judgemental, evidence-based treatment to individuals across the lifespan as they navigate life’s challenges. Rebecca has developed a special interest in working with individuals navigating the perinatal journey. She expresses gratitude in her role supporting client’s to make sense of their history, unpack the pressures of family-building, cultivate self-compassion, nurture their strengths and foster strong attachments to others.
Rebecca prioritises a personalised approach to therapy and thus draws upon several psychological modalities to best meet the client’s desired therapeutic outcomes. These modalities include Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Rebecca has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with First Class Honours at Australian Catholic University and Master of Clinical Psychology at University of Technology Sydney. Her passion for perinatal mental health has led her to now undertake a PhD at Macquarie University focusing on prenatal attachment.
