Peta is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across educational and clinical settings. Her background also includes experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and families and working in the Out of Home Care system, under NDIS and Medicare funding, and in both government and private practice settings.

Peta has a strong interest in perinatal mental health and is passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, early parenting, and the emotional transitions that accompany these stages. She is committed to creating a warm, safe, and validating space where clients feel understood and supported.

Her therapeutic approach is gentle, trauma‑informed, neuro affirming, and client‑centred. Peta draws on a range of evidence‑based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness‑based approaches.

Peta is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and families with compassion, collaboration, and respect.
