Pauline is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, with more than 20 years of clinical experience working in different public health settings including maternity wards, counselling teams working with children, adolescents, and parents. She is experienced in working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Pauline offers time, and a safe non-judgemental space for clients to explore their issues and concerns. Pauline likes to apply a holistic and systemic approach inher practice which is solidly built on a combination of evidence based therapeutic frameworks including attachment theories, grief and loss, ACT, Narrative therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma Informed Care Practice.

Pauline’s professional interests include perinatal adjustment, anxiety and depression, birth trauma, parent-infant relationship, maternal/parental grief, impacts of past trauma and domestic violence on parenting.
