Melanie is a registered psychologist with over seven years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. She offers a warm, person-centred approach and tailors her work to each client’s unique needs and goals. Melanie draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She also incorporates somatic practices to support emotional regulation and mind–body connection.
Melanie has worked across diverse settings, including private practice, national counselling services, and NDIS-funded programs. She has provided support through organisations such as Lifeline and 1800RESPECT and has also taught postgraduate psychology students at Monash University.
She holds a Master of Professional Psychology and is currently undertaking further training in perinatal mental health. Melanie is committed to ongoing professional development and values a holistic, compassionate approach to psychological care.
