Lynda is a registered psychologist, providing therapy to clients with warmth, compassion, and respect. She works collaboratively to find hope and direction and provides strategies to bring about positive change.
Lynda has worked in both public and private settings and draws on a range of therapeutic modalities and approaches to suit the individual. Lynda understands the variety of challenges and pressures common in the perinatal period and believes strongly in providing quality support for prospective and new parents. She can help with a wide range of concerns, including managing uncertainty and change, relationship and interpersonal challenges, challenges with parenting siblings, self-doubt, stress, insomnia, low mood, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and trauma.
Lynda holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Health Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
