Passionate about the cause and purpose of Gidget Foundation Australia, Lucy began as a volunteer before moving into the role of Client Services Executive in 2022. She then transitioned into a newly created position managing the Gidget Village and Gidget Virtual Village programs. In this dual role, Lucy supports and connects new and expecting parents through group therapy and online peer support.

Alongside her work at Gidget, Lucy runs a private practice as a PACFA-accredited counsellor. She is dedicated to supporting individuals and families during the perinatal period and places great importance on fostering healthy family systems and strong community connections. Lucy continues to deepen her expertise through ongoing specialist training.

Lucy is a mother of two boys and, in her spare time, enjoys hiking in nature, ocean swims, and spending time with family and friends.
