Kiki Peterson is an Audit & Assurance Partner at KPMG Australia with over 23 years’ experience auditing and advising Australian and US-listed companies across a diverse range of industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, industrials, technology and infrastructure. Kiki supports companies through key inflection points, including ASX listings, cross-border transactions, private equity trade sales, and large-scale debt and equity raisings, including US capital markets transactions. She is the signing audit partner for a number of major organisations across both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She brings deep expertise in financial reporting, risk management and compliance to the Board. Originally from the United States, she holds a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Villanova’s School of Business. She is a Registered Company Auditor in Australia, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a US Certified Public Accountant (California), and a Clean Energy Regulator-accredited Auditor.
