Jess is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who is passionate about creating a warm, safe space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. She works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and adults to explore and understand their experiences.

Jess supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, and domestic and family violence. She has a special interest in women's mental health, particularly throughout the perinatal and postpartum stages, and also works with non-birth partners and families.

Alongside her clinical practice, Jess is expanding her focus to support people navigating physical health challenges and their impact on overall wellbeing, including experiences unique to women's health.

Jess offers client-centred, strengths-based therapy drawing on CBT, ACT, and DBT. She provides trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and culturally responsive support, adapting to each person's needs and goals.
