Ismay is a compassionate mental health practitioner with extensive experience supporting children, young people, and families across educational and clinical settings in the UK. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard and understood. Ismay works collaboratively with clients and families to support emotional wellbeing, development, and resilience, and is committed to providing care that is accessible, inclusive, and culturally sensitive.

Ismay has a particular interest in neurodiversity, especially autism. She is committed to improving the accessibility and responsiveness of mental health services for neurodivergent individuals and their families. As a trained autism assessor, she has experience supporting neurodivergent people through both the assessment process and ongoing therapeutic support. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, recognising and valuing each individual’s unique profile.

Outside of her work, Ismay enjoys long coastal walks, discovering new places to eat, shopping, and a Sunday afternoon trip to Yo-Chi.
