Hayley Walsh is a Registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), joining Gidget Foundation with a strong commitment to supporting women’s mental health throughout the perinatal journey. As a mother of two, she combines professional expertise with lived experience, bringing a compassionate and informed understanding of the emotional shifts and challenges that can arise from family planning through to the early years of motherhood. Hayley is passionate about helping women build confidence in their transition to motherhood, prioritise their mental wellbeing, and make meaningful change.
Hayley provides a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental therapeutic space where clients feel heard, supported, and understood. She primarily utilises a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, while also drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks tailored to each client’s individual needs. Hayley is a Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) Registered Practitioner and is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Perinatal Mental Health.
