Hayley is an accredited mental health social worker with over 10 years of experience. She has worked directly with children and adults, and has a real passion for understanding and supporting families.

Hayley has a broad range of therapeutic experience, though has worked mostly as a therapist within community organisations – She cares greatly about people having access to supports without barriers. She also has experience in family-case coordination and management roles. Hayley has specific interests in anxiety and depression disorders, borderline personality disorder, bipolar and working with parents experiencing conflict or separation. On the days that she is not working with Gidget Foundation Australia, you will find her working in private-practice.

Hayley is goal oriented, and works to support parents who are experiencing challenges relating to fertility, pregnancy or becoming a new parent. Her approach is focused upon psychoeducation, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and always with a strength’s focus. Most importantly she is kind, happy, caring, empathetic and warm. She will see all of your strengths and accidently become a cheer-squad for your progresses in therapy.
