Eve joined Gidget Foundation Australia in 2021 as a Client Services Executive, where she provided administrative support to clients and clinicians. In 2023 she stepped into the role of Safety and Quality Coordinator, and in 2025 became Safety and Quality Lead. In these roles, Eve has contributed to projects such as supporting the development and rollout of a new bookings and reporting system, creating evidence-based training modules for the Gidget Training Institute, and guiding the organisation’s preparation for accreditation.

Eve studied psychology and sociology at the University of Sydney and is passionate about ensuring mental health services are safe, accessible, and centred on the needs of clients and their families.
