Rachelle is a Clinical Psychologist with a warm, collaborative approach and a deep commitment to supporting parents through the perinatal period. With experience across hospital, community, and academic settings, she has worked in roles at Mater Mothers’ Hospital, the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health, and the Molly Wardaguga Research Centre at Charles Darwin University. Her work has focused on trauma-informed care, culturally safe practice, and improving outcomes for women and families, particularly in the perinatal space.

In her work with clients, Rachelle provides thoughtful, evidence-based support to those navigating the transition to parenthood. She is passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and supported during this significant life stage.

In her role of Clinical Educator, Rachelle contributes to a range of education initiatives, including the development of online training and professional development materials. She also supports conference submissions and external education programs across the Gidget network.
