Dom Alford is a leader at The Men's Project, a part of Jesuit Social Services, engaging men and boys in masculinities and gender equality across a range of areas including sport, construction, workplaces, prisons and fatherhood. Dom has worked in the community services sector for over 15 years working with children, men and families and holds post-graduate qualifications in social work and leadership.
