Claudette Ogilvie is a Clinical Psychologist with almost 10 years’ experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. She has a passion for the perinatal period and trauma recovery, and supports individuals and families to navigate the emotional experience of pregnancy, birth and adjustment to early parenting. As a mother herself, Claudette has a deep understanding of how this season of life can feel overwhelming, isolating and vulnerable. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT and schema therapy, Claudette offers a calm, authentic and trauma-informed safe space where clients can work through their experiences, move toward greater emotional wellbeing and (re-)discover the joys in the hard times.
