Beth is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker (AASW). She holds Bachelor Degree of Social Work from University of Sydney and a Masters of Social Work Counselling (with excellence) from University of New South Wales. Beth has extensive experience providing therapeutic support across a range of mental health settings within NSW Health and is passionate about supporting individuals and their families through their unique mental health journeys.

Beth appreciates that that the perinatal period can be one of immense challenge and transition for individuals and their families. Beth aims to support clients with a non-judgemental, compassionate and strengths-based approach in working together towards individual recovery goals. Beth is trained in trauma-informed approaches and prioritises ensuring the therapeutic space and connection is safe, trusting and supportive.

Beth is also committed to ongoing learning and professional development in this important area so that she may continue to offer modern and evidence-based support to the clients she works alongside. As such Beth is currently undertaking Graduate Diploma in Perinatal Mental Health.
