Ashlee Novy is an Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of clinical experience in mental health, neurorehabilitation, and suicide prevention. She supports individuals navigating pregnancy, pregnancy loss, early parenthood, and major life transitions, helping them build resilience, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life.
Ashlee works using a trauma-informed, evidence-based, neuro-affirming, and person-centred approach. She focuses on supporting psychological wellbeing, emotional regulation, and making meaning. With extensive experience in complex case management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams, she ensures care is cohesive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
