Ariella is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience working with children and families in public health roles. Alongside her work at Gidget Foundation Australia, Ariella currently works in a paediatric hospital setting, supporting children with chronic and complex illness and their families.

Ariella’s interest in the perinatal space has grown through her work with children and families, as well as her own lived experience of becoming a mother. Ariella is passionate about supporting parents as they embark on their pregnancy and parenting journey, and beyond.

Ariella is committed to utilising her deep curiosity, compassion and respect to get to know each individual and family she works with, within their context, and get to the heart of what matters most to them. Ariella seeks to collaboratively identify strengths and plan steps towards meaningful change where it feels needed. Ariella draws on a number of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and attachment-informed approaches.
