Angela is a registered psychologist and family therapist with extensive experience in not-for-profit and private settings in relationship services, mental health and suicide prevention.

Angela is passionate about supporting parents and families across all developmental stages and issues including relationship, parenting, separation, grief and loss, mental health and wellbeing, behavioural issues, cross-cultural issues, migration, and life transition issues. Angela provides a child-focussed, systemic family therapy approach while incorporating other evidence-based frameworks including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Imago Relationship Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy.

Angela provides a safe, supportive and collaborative environment for clients to improve their understanding of themselves and others, enhance their coping skills and become empowered to thrive across all aspects of their lives.
