Angela is a Clinical Psychologist with 19 years of experience working in the United Kingdom and Australia. She obtained her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sheffield and is Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) registered.
Angela’s therapeutic approach is warm, respectful, and collaborative, with an integrative approach informed by attachment theory and drawing on evidence-based interventions from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Family Systems therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy,
She has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in a range of settings (child and youth, and adult mental health services) in NSW Health, QLD Health and the NHS, as well as early years and Educational settings.
Believing in the importance of early intervention in mental health difficulties, she is passionate about providing support to new parents.
Her other professional interests include parenting in the early years, anxiety and depression, trauma, OCD and Eating disorders.
