Amanda is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over 15 years’ experience supporting adults and children across the lifespan. She has a particular interest in understanding the impacts of trauma and how life transitions, including pregnancy and early parenthood, can influence emotional wellbeing, identity, and relationships.
Amanda works in a person-centred, trauma-informed way, bringing warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive space where individuals and parents can explore their experiences, build confidence, and strengthen connection with themselves and their families.

Amanda draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside creative modalities such as Art and Play Therapy when helpful.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time in nature, cooking, and exercising.
