Laura is a registered psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. Laura brings a warm, empathic and collaborative approach to therapy and prioritises creating a safe and supportive space for clients.

Laura has worked across a range of community and NGO settings, including regional areas, and has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. She works with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety and mood disorders, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, grief and loss, attachment concerns, persistent pelvic pain, and perinatal mental health. Laura has a particular interest in supporting parents and infants offering a gentle, non-judgmental space during what can be a transformative time.

Laura’s work is guided by evidence-based practices, tailored to each individual’s needs and strengths, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and therapy informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Laura is committed to providing thoughtful and inclusive care with clients from all backgrounds, identities, and family structures.
