Katie joined the Gidget Foundation as Client Services Team Manager in July 2024, bringing with her four years of experience in the wellbeing and mental health space. In 2025, she was promoted to the role of Client Experience Manager, recognising her dedication and impact within the organisation.

Katie recently completed her second degree - Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) - and will now play a pivotal role in leading the Client Experience team. Her focus includes building team capability, supporting individual development, driving talent acquisition, and overseeing induction, onboarding, and performance delivery. With a strong foundation in therapeutic practice, Katie brings both strategic insight and empathetic leadership to her role.

She has previously supported a wide range of clients in both group settings, 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 settings, helping people achieve greater relationship satisfaction. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, understood, and accepted, Katie is passionate about enhancing the client experience and contributing to the wider organisational goals of the Gidget Foundation.

Outside of work, Katie has completed training in couples therapy through The Gottman Institute (US) and has a strong interest in PTSD, Attachment Theory, Childhood Trauma, and Intimate Partner Violence. She enjoys an active lifestyle by the beach, reading personal development books, dining with friends, baking at home, and exploring new places with her little Cavoodle and husband.
