Danika Moulsdale is a warm and compassionate registered psychologist and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has worked for over a decade supporting children, families and young people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and attachment disruptions. Her work spans across educational settings, private practice, inpatient treatment, and youth-focused community services. She brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive lens to her therapeutic work. She brings a deep sense of empathy and calm to her work, creating a safe and collaborative space where people feel understood, empowered, and connected — to themselves and to those they love.
Danika draws on evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. She also integrates parenting programs and systemic thinking to support the whole family unit. She is drawn to the perinatal space and is committed to supporting women and their families through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and early parenting.
