Carla joined Gidget Foundation Australia in 2023 as a Client Services Executive. She progressed to Assistant Client Services Manager later that year and, in 2024, became Clinician Administration Manager, supporting clinicians and contributing to client services while completing her Bachelor of Psychology.
In her current role as Service Excellence and Delivery Manager, Carla is responsible for shaping, strengthening, and optimising the way GFA delivers services to both clients and clinicians. Drawing on her experience across client services, operations, and clinician administration, she is dedicated to strengthening the way services are delivered and experienced.
Carla is also a proud member of GFA's Multicultural Families Group, working to ensure services are inclusive and accessible for culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Carla is excited about a fulfilling career dedicated to mental health support and is deeply grateful for all the experiences that have allowed her to be where she is now. Outside of her passion for her work, Carla loves eating, redecorating her home interiors every weekend, and revelling in the company of the wonderful people who surround her.
