Gidget Foundation Australia is committed to providing quality merchandise to our supporters.  

As a rule, all online shop purchases are final. Gidget Foundation Australia is not able to facilitate refunds for change of mind.

If you believe an item you purchased from our online shop is faulty or damaged, please email a photograph of the faulty or damaged good and its receipt to shop@gidgetfoundation.org.au, and we will endeavour to replace the item within 2-3 full business days.

Where possible, we ask that you notify us of faulty items within ten days from receipt of delivery.
