Kelly is a kind and compassionate psychologist. She has a particular interest in psychological preparation for birth and parenting, as well as managing anxiety and depression during pregnancy and the months after a baby is born. Kelly also works in a women’s health community organisation focusing on therapy, small groups, and changing systems to better meet women’s needs.
Kelly recognises that having a baby is an enormous and challenging life transition and seeks to support parents in understanding themselves and their baby. She has a warm, collaborative style and draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
