Fiona is an Accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist with many years of experience in disability and early intervention. She has been working in perinatal mental health for the past nine years. Fiona is registered with OT Australia and holds a Master of Occupational Therapy Practice, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Disability Studies).
She has training in a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
Fiona is experienced in addressing perinatal depression and anxiety, attachment challenges, parenting stress, adjustment issues, trauma, co-regulation, grief and loss (including MToP), and relationship difficulties.
