Megan is a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with children, young people, adults, and families in both the private and public mental health sectors.
Megan uses a collaborative, trauma-informed approach in her work with clients and is trained in several evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-focused interventions. She has a particular interest in supporting clients to recover from the impacts of trauma and has over 10 years of experience using Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, as well as other trauma-focused interventions.
