Jess is an Educational and Developmental Psychology Registrar with experience working with clients across the lifespan and the systems that support them to thrive. Specifically, she has experience working with the perinatal population in both inpatient (mother-baby unit) and outpatient (brief intervention) hospital settings. Jess is a Circle of Security-Parenting facilitator and is currently in the process of also getting accredited as a Circle of Security-Intensive practitioner.

With a passion for early intervention, Jess draws upon principles from attachment and systems-focused psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy, and compassion-focused therapy in her therapeutic work. Clients can expect compassionate and evidence-based care that is underpinned by unconditional positive regard and an innate curiosity throughout the therapeutic process.

Outside of working for Gidget Foundation, Jess enjoys working on her passion project ‘Malleable Minds’ (her own private practice) and spending time with her husband and fur babies (two cats and one dog).
