The Gidget Foundation’s Start Taking program, provides telehealth psychological counselling services for expectant and new parents suffering from perinatal depression and anxiety who are currently unable to attend face-to-face sessions.

The Gidget Village is a free group treatment program offering weekly two-hour sessions conducted over eight weeks.
