Mirela is a corporate lawyer with extensive professional career spanning over 16 years' with top-tier law firms and large global listed corporations, specialising in strategic and public mergers and acquisitions, finance, debt and capital markets, corporate governance and company secretarial. Mirela's experience includes ESG, digital transformation projects, litigation and work with not for profit organisations.

Mirela is currently the Group Head of Legal with Ramsay Health Care Limited (ASX:RHC) and brings with her industry experience across healthcare, rural services, mental health, government and infrastructure. Mirela is a strategic thinker and operator who loves a hands-on approach and seeks out opportunities to build, sustain and be part of teams that achieve great things.
