Lindsay is an experienced Non-Executive Director and CEO in the NFP sector. She has over 25 years’ experience in leading and managing health, sporting and community organisations. She has qualifications in Physiotherapy and Adult Education and has rich experience in the accreditation and design of hospitals and healthcare services, organisational transformation, leadership and property development.

Lindsay is a NED for the Western Sydney Primary Health Network (WentWest); the Society of Hospital Pharmacists (SHPA), Healthicare Inc and Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA).  In her Executive career, Lindsay was previously CEO of Netball Australia, the Australian Physiotherapy Association (NSW) and the Asthma Foundation NSW, and prior to those appointments she occupied senior roles in the NSW Hospital Planning Authority (HOSPLAN) and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS).  Lindsay was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2019 and was voted Third Sector CEO of the Year in 2019. She was previously a NSW finalist in Telstra’s Businesswoman of the Year.
