Antonia is a registered psychologist with a Masters of Professional Psychology. She has worked in the unemployment and disability sectors before moving into private practice.

She aims to support individuals not only to survive challenging life experiences, but to thrive and move forwards towards achieving their goals. Antonia is passionate about supporting individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and trauma in the perinatal period.

Antonia applies a person-centred approach to counselling, where her focus lies in tailoring services to an individual’s unique preferences, strengths and needs. This may involve frameworks like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR). She is known for her approachable, caring, and kind demeanour.
