ABC: $12.2 million for new parenting centres in regional towns
Government promises $12.2 million to Tresillian for new parenting centres in regional towns.
Tresillian will work in partnership with Gidget Foundation Australia, focusing on supporting regional families’ health and emotional well-being.
“A lack of sleep or a change in sleeping patterns can be a huge contributor to mental health issues,” Gidget Foundation CEO Arabella Gibson said.
“It’s fantastic to be able to offer the services in collaboration because it means we can look after mum, dad, and baby all at once.”
